Grimes and Ernie Roberts Pavilion Rentals



The Pavilions are available to DeSoto residents, non-profit organizations, and businesses as well as nonresidents.

Reservations


Pavilions are available March 1 through October 31. Pavilions are rented in a five hour time block or all day. Pavilions are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. You can start booking your reservation on January 1 through October 31. Rentals must be reserved seven (7) prior to the start date when booking online. Click here for online bookings or call 972-230-9650 for availability.

Inclement Weather

Cancellation of an outdoor reservation due to inclement weather may be rescheduled. Refunds will not be given for notices of cancellations after the date of the reservation.

Cleaning the Facility


The Permit Holder is responsible for cleaning the facility. Tables and immediate grounds must be cleared of litter at the conclusion of the reservation.

Bounce Houses


The City of Desoto does not allow Bounce Houses to be plugged into park electrical outlets. In order for a Bounce House to be used on City property, it is the responsibility of the Permit Holder to make sure the Bounce House Company provides a generator as the source for electricity.

In Addition: Grills and Smokers are not allowed.

Rental Fees

Damage Deposit: A $50 refundable deposit is in addition to the rental fees below. Full payment of the Damage Deposit and rental fees are due at the time of booking.
