DeSoto Ranch has new park equipment complete with picnic table and safety signs to keep the community safe.


Welcome to Desoto Ranch Neighborhood where families, professionals and retirees enjoy a beautiful property consisting of 250 lots. Our community is nestled between Parkerville, Parks and Polk within 3 mile direct access to I-35E.

Desoto Ranch HOA Board hosted our first block party in October with a bounce house, music, food, card games of spades and neighbors enjoying great fellowship with lots of laughter. We partnered with one of our residents to host a fun and safe Halloween where we provided candy, hot dogs, chips and sodas for the children. We reward our homeowners for clean and beautiful landscaping as well as holiday decorations with prizes. Although all of our homes have rear garages, we take opportunities to come together to support being a community who takes time to get to know more than just the neighbor on each side, but those up the street or around the corner.

Annual HOA dues provide maintenance of our children’s park, landscaping of three (3) entrances, all trees and bush perimeter, retention pond, vendor management, neighborhood socials and homeowner recognitions just to name a few things.
