The City has been presented with Distinguished Budget Presentation award for over 21 years. Desoto’s Finance Department has been presented with a Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting by GFOA for over 27 consecutive tears. This is the highest form of recognition in the area of government accounting and financial reporting.
