About the Fitness Center
The DeSoto Fitness Center features treadmills, stationary bikes, free weights and a Cybex universal weight system. Our state of the art cardio equipment boasts individual theater televisions.

Hours of Operation
Monday - Thursday: 5 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 5 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday: 6:45 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

Helpful Staff
Our staff is happy to show you how to use any of the machines, but we do not have personal trainers on staff.

Membership
Membership is only offered those who live or work in DeSoto city limits. Please provide a picture ID and proof of residency (such as a utility bill or signed lease) or a recent paycheck stub from a business in DeSoto. We do not offer non-resident rates.

Showers & Lockers
The Recreation Center offers showers and lockers. If you wish to use a locker while you work out, simply present your membership card to staff and they will give you a key. We do not provide towels or any other toiletry items.

Pricing
A fitness pass also allows you access to the indoor walking track, two gymnasiums and the game area. Classes and racquetball fees are extra.

The Fitness Room has a built-in water fountain, however, you are allowed to bring in water or sports drinks as long as they are in a closeable bottle.
