| overview The DeSoto Police Department Property and Evidence Unit is staffed by a civilian property room manager and support personnel that assist as needed. The Unit is responsible for the storage and handling of all property that comes into the possession of the police department. These items could be evidentiary, seized, contraband, or merely found. |
